How is the AI ranking calibrated?
Each role is scored against your JD across skills, experience, location, remote-fit and salary fit. Reject any candidate with a reason and the model re-weights against your feedback over time.
Where do candidates come from?
Our opt-in candidate pool — every profile has explicitly consented to be discovered by employers. We do not scrape LinkedIn or other portals.
Is this EEOC compliant?
Yes. Every AI shortlist run is logged with inputs, score, and reasons (audit trail). Prompts are reviewed against EEOC + NYC Local Law 144 before release.
What if the shortlist is wrong?
Re-run the shortlist any time — we re-score the full pool fresh. Match reasons are explicit so you can spot mis-scores and adjust the JD.
